This notice explains how 1f Event Technology Solutions LLC ("1f Event Tech," "we," "us") handles information collected through 1feventtech.com and its contact forms. It covers our corporate website, including inquiries about 1f Gear Pilot. It does not cover data handled inside the Gear Pilot app or web console, or other websites we link to.

Information we collect
Our event inquiry form asks for your name, email address and message; an event date is optional. If you contact us about Gear Pilot, we receive the contact details and information you choose to provide. Please do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.
Squarespace hosts our website and collects technical and usage information, including browser and device information, IP address, pages viewed and referring sites. This supports website operation, security, statistics and activity reporting. Our website also uses Google reCAPTCHA and Adobe Fonts, as described below.
How we use information
We use your information to respond to inquiries, discuss and quote event services, provide product information you request and maintain correspondence. We use website statistics to understand and improve the website. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Service providers and disclosures
- Microsoft email: Event inquiries are delivered to jef@1feventtech.com. Gear Pilot inquiries can be sent to gpinformation@1feventtech.com. Microsoft provides our email service.
- Squarespace: Hosts the website, processes form submissions and provides website statistics. Form submissions and contact information are also stored in Squarespace Contacts. Our existing event inquiry form is not connected to Google Drive, Zapier or Mailchimp.
- Google reCAPTCHA: Helps protect forms from spam and abuse by processing technical information about devices and interactions with the page.
- Adobe Fonts: Delivers website fonts. Adobe receives the IP address needed to deliver fonts; Adobe states that its Fonts service does not store that IP address or set cookies.
- Our team: People who need the information to handle your inquiry.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information to our service providers as described above or when required by law or needed to protect rights and safety.
Cookies and similar technologies
Squarespace uses necessary cookies and technologies for website operation and security, and additional cookies to measure traffic and performance. Google reCAPTCHA may use cookies or similar technologies for abuse prevention. Adobe Fonts does not set cookies.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may affect website features, including forms. Read about Squarespace cookies.
Retention
Our policy is to keep closed inquiry correspondence for one year after our last contact with you, then remove it from our email and website contact records. Customer business records may be kept longer as needed for the relationship and legal obligations.
Security
We use protections provided by our website and email services and limit access to people who need it. No website or email service can guarantee complete security.
Your choices and requests
Email gpinformation@1feventtech.com to request access to, correction or deletion of information we hold about you, or to ask us to stop contacting you. We may need to verify your identity. We respond in accordance with applicable law, which may provide additional rights based on where you live.
International visitors
We are based in the United States. Our website, email, font and form-protection providers may process information in the United States and other countries. This notice describes how information submitted through this website is handled.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and event professionals, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can remove it.
